Sunday, June 9th

Sunday June 9th we will be hosting an informal “dev day”, an opportunity for coders to come together for a fun day of quick presentations and co-working.

When: Sunday June 9th, 12pm – 5pm
Where: The HUB Seattle (NOT THE SAME VENUE AS SATURDAY)
Cost: $0, FREE, Nada
Who: Coders, themers, aspiring core contributors, beginners & advanced coders… everyone welcome (knowledge of code strongly encouraged)!
What: An informal, unstructured day of co-working. Potential activities include:

1. Informal talks from awesome people:

  • Otto – Something awesome with lots of code
  • Daniel Bachhuber – WP CLI
  • Mark Kelnar (WP Engine) – Using GIT
  • Daniel Bachhuber & Eric Amundson – contributing to the Plugin Developer handbook
  • Impromptu Unconference style talks?

2. Lunch: Pizza arriving around 1pm. Come hungry!

3. Breakout rooms for small groups to split off and work quietly/diligently on small projects.
